Hello and Happy Holidays, As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reach out personally to all of you. The past three years have been incredibly challenging for me, and I know many of you witnessed parts of that journey. What began as unexpected staffing issues quickly became intertwined with serious health concerns that I didn’t fully understand at the time. This year, in 2025, I finally received answers and proper diagnoses that explained just how much my body and mental health had been impacted.

Through treatment, recovery, and a lot of self-reflection, I’m now in a much better place — healthier, clearer, and deeply grateful. One thing that never wavered during my hardest moments was my love for this work and for your pets. Truly, caring for them helped carry me through, and for that I will always be thankful.

Like many salons across the country, we continue to face industry-wide staffing challenges. Grooming is physically demanding work, and recent changes to labor and payroll regulations have also reshaped how our industry operates. While some of this is beyond our control, my commitment to providing safe, compassionate, high-quality care for your fur babies has never changed.

As we move into 2026, we’ve also adjusted to new Minnesota payroll and family leave requirements while maintaining the same level of attention, patience, and love your pets deserve.

I want to apologize again for any inconvenience, inconsistency, or frustration you may have experienced over the past few years. I truly appreciate your patience, support, and understanding — and I hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to serve you and your pets.
